Co-Founder
Chad is a husband and father to a young daughter — and when he's not chasing her around, he's racing hard enduro dirt bikes across the western US. Before launching Upkeep Co., Chad spent over four years in construction working for a custom home builder, where he built deep expertise across the trades that keep homes running. He also brings three-plus years of operations experience at a nationwide startup, managing customer relationships across every US timezone. Chad started Upkeep Co. because he believes homeowners shouldn't have to stress about whether their home is being taken care of.
Matt
Co-Founder
Matt is a problem-solver at heart who believes the best businesses are built on trust and consistency. With a background spanning project management, client relations, and hands-on home improvement, he brings a sharp eye for detail and a relentless drive to deliver. Outside of work, you'll find him outdoors, tinkering with something mechanical, or hunting down the best local food spots. Matt co-founded Upkeep Co. because he saw how many great homeowners were losing weekends — and peace of mind — to maintenance that just kept piling up.
